Joseph DiPrima, President of DiPrima Custom Homes, has been responsible for the development of numerous successful communities along the Space Coast. His personal growth has paralleled organizational growth. To his MBA in accounting and state-certified general contractor's status, he added the professionally enhancing credentials of Registered Real Estate Broker. Through the years his active commitment to the community has included the three-time presidency of the Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard; nine years as a Board of Directors member of Southeast Bank; founding member and director of Reliance Bank and The Bank Brevard; and many years in the Melbourne - Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce.

The company enjoys the capable services of Roseann DiPrima, whose creativity in design and decorating are well known in central Florida. She has been associated with DiPrima Fine Homes for over 20 years. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders & Contractors Association of Brevard and was elected their president in 1999. In addition, she served on boards of both the Florida and National Association of Home Builders. Roseann is instrumental in the design of all new model homes built by the company as well as all decorating and furnishings displayed in these models. She is also kept very busy as the mother of 3 beautiful children.
